DEAR DELEGATES,
Welcome to the Press Corps Committee! My name is Allie Jiang, and I’m excited to see the creativity and critical thinking you will bring to our sessions. Your role as members of the Press Corps mirrors that of journalists covering key global institutions like the United Nations and the White House. You will be more than just reporters—you’ll influence public opinion and shape global discussions through your coverage.
Your task is to distill complex committee debates into compelling stories that highlight crucial moments, while maintaining journalistic integrity. Whether reporting breaking news, writing editorials, or conducting interviews, your work will provide essential insights into the diplomatic processes at this conference.
A little bit about me, I am a senior in the Wharton School studying finance and retailing. I’m from Boston and although I didn’t participate in Model UN in high school, I have really enjoyed learning more about it in college! Outside of ILMUNC, I swim and play water polo for Penn and love to be outdoors. I also am a huge foodie - I even have a food instagram account!
Natalia, Jeremy, and I look forward to working with you to ensure our committee plays a vital role in the success of this conference. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Best regards,
Allie Jiang

A little bit about me, I am a senior in the School of Engineering And Applied Sciences studying Computer Science. I am originally from Indonesia and Hong Kong, where I participated in my high school’s Model UN club. This will be my second conference that I have helped to plan with ILMUNC and hope that you all have an enriching and valuable experience! Outside of ILMUNC, I’m involved in the Hong Kong Student Association and Penncasila (Penn Indonesians). I love playing Spikeball and golf, and spending time outdoors!
