KARTIK PILLAI
Kartik Pillai is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying International Relations. Originally from Edison, NJ, Kartik has been involved in Model UN since his freshman year of high school. Competing in ILMUNC as a high school delegate, Kartik is so excited to welcome all delegates to ILMUNC XLI and cannot wait to see everyone spark thought-provoking debate and devise insightful resolutions. In addition to serving as Secretary-General of ILMUNC, Kartik is also involved in Penn International Impact Consulting, Wharton Sports Business Club, and the Undergraduate Entertainment & Media Club. In his free time, he loves to run and watch the OKC Thunder.

SOPHIA PARIS
Sophia is a senior studying Health and Societies and minoring in Political Science. Originally from New Jersey, Sophia has participated in MUN since high school, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve on the Secretariat for her third year. Aside from ILMUNC, Sophia is an editor for both Penn Bioethics Journal and Penn History Review undergraduate journals, a consultant for Penn Climate Ventures, a tour guide for Penn, and a research assistant for the Annenberg School of Communication. Sophia is honored to serve as the Director-General of ILMUNC and is eagerly looking forward to meeting all of the delegates in January!

CORY PORTER
Cory is a junior in the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business studying French, Finance, and Marketing. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Cory competed in Model UN conferences throughout high school and has loved being a part of ILMUNC in college, hoping to create the same amazing experience for delegates that she had. Outside of ILMUNC, Cory is involved in Wharton Ambassadors and the sorority Kappa Alpha Theta. She loves skiing, reading, and exploring Philadelphia. Cory is beyond excited to serve as the Chief of Staff for ILMUNC XLI and can’t wait to meet everyone this winter!

MAHI VAKIL
Mahi Vakil is a junior from Edison, New Jersey, studying Bioengineering with minors in Economics and Engineering Entrepreneurship. Despite being new to Model United Nations, Mahi joined ILMUNC in 2022 to forge transformative educational experiences for students across the globe. Outside of ILMUNC, Mahi is the marketing and recruitment chair for Engineering Consultants at Penn, and a member of the pre-healthcare fraternity Alpha Iota Gamma. In her free time, you can find her reading, camping, or flying (and falling) down the ski slopes.

THOMAS UREY
Thomas is a senior studying Computer Science in the School of Engineering. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Thomas attended BMUN and was involved in Model UN all throughout high school. When he arrived at Penn, he knew he wanted to give other high schoolers just as transformative a MUN experience as he had had—and he hopes to do just that this year. Outside of ILMUNC, he is a member of a business fraternity and some engineering clubs. Thomas loves hiking and trying to find the best oysters. He cannot wait to meet everybody this January and see some fantastic debate!

Juliette Silk is a Junior from Westchester, New York studying art Art History and Consumer Psychology. Juliette joined ILMUNC after participating in Model United Nations throughout her high school experience. Juliette was eager to create an engaging and memorable conference for other high school students with an interest in global politics. Outside of ILMUNC, Juliette is a UPenn campus tour guide for Kite and Key Society, a member of Bloomers Comedy Troupe, and marketing director for Penn Records. In her free time, you can find Juliette visiting local art museums in Philadelphia and hiking upstate!

JADE STEIN
Jade Stein is a sophomore majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Miami, Florida. Her journey with Model United Nations began in her hometown, sparking a passion she continues to nurture at ILMUNC. In addition to her commitment to ILMUNC, Jade is an active member of TAMID and the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. When she's not engaging in academic or extracurricular pursuits, Jade is always on the lookout for new restaurants and cherishes the time spent with friends. With great enthusiasm, Jade looks forward to welcoming everyone to the 41st session of ILMUNC, ready to make it an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

KYLE FUKUMOTO
Kyle Fukumoto is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Economics and Ancient History. Originally from Manhattan Beach, CA, Kyle has been involved in Model UN since middle school. Aside from ILMUNC, Kyle is also involved in Wharton Investment & Trading Group, Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, and Wharton Hedge Fund Club. In his free time, he loves to be outdoors (running, hiking, snowboarding, at the beach), reading, (mainly nonfiction books), and binge-watching Veep or The West Wing. Kyle is thrilled to be serving as an Under-Secretary-General this year and cannot wait for delegates to have a fantastic experience at ILMUNC XLI!

MATTHEW BAROTZ
Matthew Barotz is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with minors in Sustainability and Data Analytics. He grew up in Scarsdale, NY, where he led his high school's Model UN club and even attended ILMUNC his senior year. In his free time, Matthew likes to cook with his friends and go hiking, and he is currently training to run the Philadelphia Half Marathon. Matthew is excited to be a USG for ILMUNC XLI and can't wait to meet you all in January!

DEXTER JANDOC
Dexter Jandoc is a junior studying Health and Societies with a minor in Data Science and Analytics. He is originally from the Philippines but has lived most of his life in New York. Although he was not involved in Model UN in high school, the ILMUNC community has quickly become his family. Outside of ILMUNC, Dexter is involved in Consult For America, Penn’s Venture Lab, and Greek Life. And of course, he is excited to meet you all at ILMUNC XLI!

DOROTHY ASIEDU
Dorothy Asiedu is a junior studying Chemistry in the College of Arts and Sciences. She is currently on the pre-med track and hopes to specialize in the field of endocrinology. She is originally from Fallston, Maryland but grew up in Beijing, China. Outside of ILMUNC, Dorothy works as a research assistant at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia studying diabetes. She also enjoys pilates and going to concerts. Dorothy is excited to serve as a USG in ILMUNC XLI and can't wait to meet everyone!

Will Koo is a junior in the College of Arts & Sciences studying Philosophy, Politics, & Economics. Originally from Saddle River, New Jersey, Will's an avid Jets and Mets fan, and enjoys all sorts of sports! Outside from ILMUNC, Will plays soccer, and is a member of Penn Policy Consulting and the Wharton Asia Exchange. Will's really excited to be a USG this year, and can't wait for ILMUNC XLI!

GABE GREENFIELD
Gabe Greenfield is a sophomore in Penn's College of Arts and Sciences studying international relations. Originally from Teaneck, New Jersey, Gabe has participated in Model UN competitions since his sophomore year of high school and now competes on Penn's competitive model UN team, Intercol. Gabe is very excited to pass it forward and create for others the model un experience he enjoyed so much when he was running the HS circuit. Outside of ILMUNC and Intercol, Gabe is co-chair of Penn's interfaith club, creator and leader of the Breaking Bread dialogue initiative, and a participant in greek life. Gabe loves balancing intellectual pursuit and having a good time and thinks model UN, and particularly ILMUNC, is the best place to do that!

HANNAH MOSS
Hannah Moss is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Economics with a minor in Math. She is from Westchester, NY, and was on her Model UN team in high school. At Penn she is involved in the Penn Autism Alliance Board, and the Jewish Heritage Program. Hannah loves to explore Philly with her friends, and is currently training to run the Philadelphia Half Marathon with her ILMUNC lin! She is super excited to be a USG and meet you all at ILMUNC XLI!

ASHTI TIWARI
Ashti Tiwari is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Data Science and Analytics. She is originally from Upstate New York. Although she was not involved with Model UN in high school, she has loved being part of ILMUNC since she has joined. Outside ILMUNC, Ashti is involved with Penn Student Government, a student fellow for Perry World House, and an opinion columnist for The Daily Pennsylvanian. In her free time, you can find her roaming around center city for a sweet treat or visiting the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She is incredibly excited to meet all the delegates for ILMUNC XLI!

MAYA LEYZAROVICH
Maya Leyzarovich is a sophomore in the School of Arts and Sciences majoring in Sociology with minors in American Public Policy and Legal Studies. Even though she was not involved in MUN in high school, she loves every part of helping plan and run ILMUNC to help facilitate the learning of international topics for high school students. Outside of ILMUNC, Maya is on the board of Penn for Refugee Empowerment and a member of the Penn Undergraduate Law Journal. She is ecstatic to take on her new role as a Business Director and see the success of ILMUNC XLI!

CLAIRE PAVE
Claire Pave is a junior in the College of Arts and Science studying Economics. She is originally from Newtown, PA, and although she was not a part of Model UN in high school, ILMUNC has easily become one of her most cherished experiences at Penn. Outside of ILMUNC, you can find her taking walks along the Schuylkill River, watching a good show, or trying new restaurants in Philly. Claire cannot wait to participate in ILMUNC once again, and looks forward to welcoming all the delegates to the 41st iteration of our conference in January!

HALIMA OSMAN
Halima Osman is a sophomore majoring in Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences. She is driven by her passion for social justice, aspiring to be a criminal justice attorney. Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, she is an alumna of Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. In her free time, Halima enjoys going to concerts, spending time with friends, and indulging in reading. Additionally, Halima is thrilled about her role as an Operations USG in ILMUNC XLI and is eager to meet everyone else!

LUKE STONER-EBY
Luke Stoner-Eby is a sophomore in the School of Engineering and Applied Science studying Mechanical Engineering. He is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but has spent the last 10 years living in Burundi, Rwanda, and Kenya. His passions include crochet and speed walking (he is always game for a race!). He is looking forward to conference, and is excited to get to meet the delegates of ILMUNC XLI.

MARC VAZ
Marc Vaz is a junior in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences studying Computer Science. Although he was not involved in Model UN in high school, the ILMUNC community has quickly become his family. Outside of ILMUNC, Marc is involved with the Penn Engineering Council and plays the bass in the Mask and Wig band. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and making music. He is beyond excited for ILMUNC XLI, and cannot wait to serve as a USG of Operations.

ANDREW LIM
Andrew Lim is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Originally from Irvine, California, Andrew has participated in Model United Nations throughout high school as a delegate. Aside from ILMUNC, he enjoys playing basketball, making music, and playing 8-ball with friends. Following this past year on the ILMUNC team, Andrew is extremely excited to return and help deliver an amazing conference this year!

AVA MIR
Ava Mir is a Sophomore in the College from Long Island, NY. She is on a pre-law track, majoring in Political Science (International Relations Focus) and minoring in both Film studies and Legal Studies and History. She never competed in Model UN in high school… Instead, she was a Mock Trial and Debate nerd. Regardless, Ava is super passionate about diplomacy, and amplifying various perspectives to foster dialogue, and ultimately, peace. Outside of ILMUNC, Ava is a part of Wharton Women, the Music Business club and Penn Records, Community School Student Partnerships, Phi Alpha Delta (pre-law fraternity), and Greek Life. She loves listening to and making music, traveling to learn about new cultures, and spending time at the beach with her golden doodle. Ava is looking forward to welcoming you all to the City of Brotherly Love in January!

Eitan Malkus is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Political Science and Communications. He is originally from Los Angeles, California, but has lived most of his life right outside of Washington, DC in Potomac, MD. While he did not participate in Model UN in high school, he has always been interested in International Relations and was excited to join the ILMUNC community at Penn. Outside of ILMUNC, Eitan is on Penn Club Track & JHP Board. In his free time, he loves to run and is currently hoping to run a marathon this year. He is incredibly excited to serve as a USG at next year's conference and can't wait to meet everyone!
