Please read through all of the information on our “General Information” tab before completing any of the registration steps listed below. If you encounter any issues throughout the registration process, do not hesitate to reach out to our Director-General at dir-gen@ilmunc.com.

Step 1: COmplete the Registration Form

Step 2: COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR STRIPE INVOICE

After completing the registration form, you should receive an invoice sent to your billing email address by the end of the day. (If you are an independent delegate, please allow an additional 2 - 3 days for invoice processing.) If you have elected to apply for financial aid, we will review your application and release decisions on a rolling basis. If you have not received an invoice you were expecting, or have any issues, please email dir-gen@ilmunc.com.

The deadline for completing payment on your invoice will be the end of the current registration period. At that point, we will roll over your invoice into the next registration period, at an increased rate. Further information regarding the pricing timeline, payment deadline, and refund policy is listed under the “General Information” tab accessible here. Note that failure to pay your invoice by the deadline may result in lower priority during committee and country assignment.

 

Step 3: LOG IN TO YOUR FACULTY ADVISOR PORTAL

In addition to your invoice, you should receive an email inviting you to our Faculty Advisor Portal shortly. Through this portal, you may submit, view, and update information regarding your delegation. All further registration tasks will be completed through the portal. If you do not receive an email inviting you to the portal, or you have any issues logging in, please email dir-gen@ilmunc.com. Note that failure to complete tasks on time within the portal may also result in lower priority during committee and country assignment. There are already tasks pending in the portal, so please log in as soon as possible!
